On the afternoon of March 8, in order to celebrate the International Women’s Day, FFRC held the theme activity of “The Most Beautiful Center ‘She Power’”, held a sharing meeting on the deeds of outstanding female employees of the center, and held a flower arrangement art salon. Ge Xianping, Secretary of the Party Committee of the center, and Wan Yibing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, attended the event and celebrated the women's day with more than 50 female employees.

In his speech, Secretary Ge Xianping fully affirmed the achievements of female employees in scientific research innovation and administrative support of the center, and encouraged them to continue to adhere to scientific research, adhere to self-reliance and self-improvement, and show the vigorous and upward spirit of female researchers in the new era.

Three female staff representatives, Zhou Qunlan, Miao Linghong and Zhang Lin, were invited to share their growth history, work experience and life insights, which conveyed the power of role models to the staff of the center and let everyone feel the most beautiful female values.

A flower arrangement art salon was held at the meeting room, and the female employees practiced and created beautiful flower baskets by themselves. Everyone said that they should integrate warm, beautiful and positive artistic elements into their work and life, and bloom in the practice of fishery science and technology reform and rural revitalization.
