Guarantee the strict prevention and control mechanism
In order to effectively carry out epidemic prevention and control, a leading group headed by Dean Xu Pao and Vice Dean Ge Xianping was set up, and a working group was set up to compact responsibilities and promote the college's epidemic prevention measures. Since January 25, the college has held 14 work conferences on epidemic prevention and control, and formulated working plans of different levels.
Accurately grasp the dynamics of teachers and students through smooth communication mechanisms
Since the outbreak, the college quickly established a joint prevention and control information management system, divided the college teachers and students into 9 "classes", and carried out full coverage measures of their dynamics. Firstly, each class is assigned a temporary head teacher, responsible for comprehensive screening and dynamic information tracking of related members.
